What’s onat the house

A Corsican restaurant that was only a restaurant would be a waste. So some evenings, the room sings, laughs and hums.

When the mood takes us

01Corsican singing nights

The island, undubbed: guitars, polyphony, and a room that always ends up singing along. Every night has its own feast menu: lobster pasta, rib of beef on the embers, or pulenta-figatellu when winter comes. The list grows with the seasons, and the migliacci bar (warm cheese-filled griddle breads) turns up at almost every party.
